Prädikat wines are our finely tart and finely fruity wines. They are the classic residually sweet quality levels with the predicates: KABINETT, SPÄTLESE and AUSLESEN. The particularly higher predicates (dessert wines) such as Beerenauslesen and Trockenbeerenauslesen are only produced in a few exceptional years.
All premium wines have a vineyard name and are of higher quality. The KABINETT wine is the lightest and from late harvest onwards it has a wealth of fruit aromas in its taste. The wines can be stored for several years, even decades.
