New wine bottles are not only expensive, but also very energy-intensive to produce. Therefore, we return all bottles that are returned to us to our reusable system.

Since we use very high-quality bottles, we have decided to accept returns of empty bottles at our expense. This means that you can send our empties back to us free of charge. This is particularly useful if you have received wine by post, as you already have the corresponding outer box. Simply collect the empty bottles in it, create a free return label using this link or have one printed out at the post office and simply hand the box in at a post office or to the postman. Done!

You can print the label yourself on A4 paper and stick it on the package, or show the QR code from the email on your smartphone at Deutsche Post branches or to your DHL delivery person. DHL will then print the label for you.

Tip: You can also send your return around the clock and without registration at the Packstation or simply give it to your DHL deliverer.
